Our schedule for provider hours alternate weekly covering scheduled appointments in our Frankfort, Versailles and Owenton locations. Please call and tell our receptionist which location would be most convenient for you.
When you call to schedule an appointment, please have the following information available:
Reason you wish to be seen (i.e. any problems you are having, annual exam, counseling, injection, ultrasound, etc.)
Insurance carrier
- Home and Work phone numbers
Please call in advance for routine office visits. Make follow-up appointments as you leave. We make every attempt to stay on schedule, although emergencies arise. If we are seriously delayed, we attempt to notify patients beforehand.
As a courtesy to other patients and staff, please call that office as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late.
